2. Services
The Healing Souls offers Reiki and other holistic health services. All services provided are intended to promote general wellness and are not a substitute for medical treatment. Clients should consult their healthcare providers before starting any new health regimen.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
- Booking: Appointments can be booked online or email. A $25 payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. No-shows will be charged the full session cost.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will be shortened accordingly, and you will be charged for the full session.
4. Payment
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and other specified methods. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered. In the event of a cancellation by The Healing Souls, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

7. Health and Safety

8. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or violates these terms and conditions. Harassment or disrespect towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Healing Souls or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability

The Healing Souls
At The Healing Souls, we are committed to providing a positive and transformative experience for all our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise where you might need to request a return or refund. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
1. Services
Reiki Sessions and Packages:
- Individual Sessions: Refunds for individual reiki sessions are not provided once the session has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss your concerns, and we will do our best to address them.
- Packages: If you have purchased a package of multiple sessions and wish to discontinue before completing all sessions, a prorated refund can be provided for the unused sessions. This must be requested within 30 days of the package purchase.
Workshops and Classes:
- Cancellation: If you cancel your attendance at a workshop or class at least 7 days before the event, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.
- No-shows: No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.
2. Products
Physical Goods (Crystals, Books, Tools, etc.):
- Returns: You may return unopened and unused physical goods within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
3. Digital Products
E-books, Online Courses, and Downloads:
- Non-refundable: All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. If you experience any issues accessing or using digital products, please contact us for support.
4. Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are transferable and can be used by another person with prior notification to The Healing Souls.
